Natural vanillin crude exists as crystalline powder, extracted from vanilla bean powder via solvent extraction. It is heat-sensitive and prone to discoloration at elevated temperature. ANVORE short-path molecular distillation melts the crystalline feed gently, then performs low-temperature high-vacuum separation. It removes residual solvents, polymer impurities and dark-colored by-products.
