Material name and properties (viscosity, boiling point if known), feed rate per hour, target purity or output, heating temperature range and vacuum level required. Photos or a process description also help us respond faster.
Yes. You can send us a sample of your material and we will run a test on our demonstration units, then provide a test report and video so you can evaluate the result before purchasing.
Standard models are usually ready within 5–15 working days. Custom-built systems typically take 20–45 working days depending on complexity and configuration.
We ship worldwide by air, sea or express with strong export wooden-case packing. Installation manuals and videos are provided, and video-call commissioning support is included. On-site installation can be arranged for larger projects.
Our systems are built under an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system, with CE-compliant electrical configurations and material certificates available on request. Full documentation is provided for customs clearance.
Standard warranty is 12 months from delivery, covering parts and remote technical support. Lifetime technical consultation and spare parts supply are available for all our equipment.
