Higher-capacity aqueous pilot spray drying with 1,200 mm chamber and up to 10,000 mL/h stated feed rate

| Built for controlled aqueous spray drying AV-ASD10L extends the aqueous pilot range to a stated feed rate of 10,000 mL/h. The system combines a 1,200 mm drying chamber, 480 m³/h stated inlet airflow and a water-cooled centrifugal atomizer adjustable to 25,000 rpm. Automated touch-screen control, filtered inlet air and 304 stainless-steel construction support scale-up and pilot production trials. Recommended use Best for larger pilot campaigns and pre-production scale-up of food, biological, pharmaceutical and specialty chemical powders. Process note Final feed compatibility and operating conditions should be confirmed by a process assessment. | AV-ASD10L configuration |
Six Key Advantages
PRINCIPLE AND TECHNICAL DATA
Process sequence Filtered air is heated and enters the chamber. The atomizer disperses the aqueous feed into fine droplets, moisture evaporates rapidly, and the dried powder is separated and collected. Exhaust air leaves after the recovery stage.
