BrandANVORE

Compact centrifugal pilot spray drying with water-cooled atomizer and up to 5,000 mL/h stated feed rate

Centrifugal Spray Dryer
Built for controlled aqueous spray drying AV-ASD5L is a pilot centrifugal spray dryer for water-based solutions, emulsions and suspensions. A water-cooled centrifugal atomizer operates at an adjustable speed up to 25,000 rpm, while a 800 mm chamber and 320 m³/h stated inlet airflow support process-development batches. The 304 stainless-steel system includes touch-screen control, inlet filtration and an observation window. Recommended use Best for pilot-scale food, beverage, pharmaceutical, extract and chemical powder development requiring centrifugal atomization. Process note Final feed compatibility and operating conditions should be confirmed by a process assessment. AV-ASD5L product configuration

Six Key Advantages

PRINCIPLE AND TECHNICAL DATA

Process sequence Filtered air is heated and enters the chamber. The atomizer disperses the aqueous feed into fine droplets, moisture evaporates rapidly, and the dried powder is separated and collected. Exhaust air leaves after the recovery stage.
