BrandANVORE
Two-fluid pilot spray drying for aqueous formulations at up to 3,000 mL/h stated feed rate

| Built for controlled aqueous spray drying AV- ASD3L is a 304 stainless-steel pilot spray dryer for aqueous solutions, emulsions and suspensions. The system uses adjustable peristaltic feeding and two-fluid pneumatic atomization, with a 600 mm drying chamber, filtered inlet air and PID temperature control. Touch-screen automation supports repeatable laboratory scale-up and small pilot batches. Recommended use Best for scale-up studies, pilot formulation work and small-batch powder development in food, pharmaceutical and chemical laboratories. Process note Final feed compatibility and operating conditions should be confirmed by a process assessment. | AV- ASD3L product configuration |
Six Key Advantages
PRINCIPLE AND TECHNICAL DATA
Process sequence Filtered air is heated and enters the chamber. The atomizer disperses the aqueous feed into fine droplets, moisture evaporates rapidly, and the dried powder is separated and collected. Exhaust air leaves after the recovery stage.
