BrandANVORE

Space-efficient pilot development system with a 3 L collector and high-area solvent condensation

Closed Circuit Spray Dryer
Built for controlled solvent processing AV-OSSD3L bridges small laboratory testing and larger pilot equipment. The system combines a 3 L product collection vessel, a wider drying chamber and two condensers in a closed nitrogen circuit. It is designed for organic-solvent-bearing, toxic, harmful or oxygen-sensitive feeds where gas filtration, solvent condensation and controlled oxygen levels are important to the process. Recommended use Best for pilot development, intermediate batch work and scale-up studies with limited floor space. Process note Final solvent compatibility and operating conditions should be confirmed by a process-risk assessment.

Six Key Advantages

PRINCIPLE AND TECHNICAL DATA

Loop sequence Atomized feed contacts heated nitrogen. Powder is separated and collected. The process gas passes through filtration and condensation; recovered solvent is collected, and dry nitrogen returns through the blower and heater.
