BrandANVORE

The AV-MNG-Series is a compact membrane nitrogen generator that produces continuous high-purity nitrogen directly from compressed air — no cylinders, no chemical consumables.

Air is compressed and filtered inside the unit, then fed into a polymeric hollow-fiber membrane module. Because each gas has a different solubility and diffusion coefficient in the membrane, gases permeate at different rates: oxygen, CO₂ and water vapor pass through the fiber walls quickly and are vented, while nitrogen is retained and delivered as the product gas.

Compared with other nitrogen generation technologies, the membrane system offers a simpler structure, smaller footprint, no switching valves, less maintenance, faster gas availability and easy capacity expansion. With a built-in compressor and a footprint of just 350 × 550 mm, the AV-MNG-Series is the plug-and-play nitrogen supply for modern laboratories.

System Structure

  • AV-MNG-Series Membrane Nitrogen Generator
  • Figure — Hollow-fiber membrane nitrogen generation process flow
  • Stage 1 · Air Compression & Pretreatment
  • Ambient air is drawn in and compressed by the built-in suspended & sound-insulated compressor. A water separator removes moisture, and a 3-stage precision filter (particle residual < 0.01–0.003 mg/m³) protects the membrane from oil mist and dust.
  • Stage 2 · Hollow-Fiber Membrane Separation (Core)
  • Clean compressed air enters the polymeric hollow-fiber membrane module. Oxygen, CO₂ and water vapor permeate the fiber walls rapidly and are vented to atmosphere, while nitrogen — with its lower permeation rate — travels through the fiber bores and is collected as product gas.
  • Stage 3 · Nitrogen Delivery & Control
  • The dual pressure regulation system stabilizes and adjusts output pressure from 0 to 0.6 MPa, delivering continuous nitrogen at 95–99% purity to your instrument or process.
