The AVPWG-5000D is a 5 L/h low temperature spray dryer for pilot-scale trials and small-batch powder production. A centrifugal atomizer and 800 mm drying chamber support increased throughput, while the integrated condensation and dehumidification system enables drying at lower temperatures for sensitive food, plant-extract, biopharmaceutical and chemical materials.

| Pilot-scale low-temperature drying with centrifugal atomization Up to 5,000 mL/h Centrifugal atomizer Low-temperature mode to 80°C High-temperature mode to 280°C Automatic humidity control and dehumidification |
Key Advantages
| 5 L/h pilot capacity Suitable for scale-up studies, sample production and small-batch process validation. | Centrifugal atomization Supports continuous atomization at the higher feed rate of the 5 L/h system. |
|---|---|
| Low-temperature protection Ambient-to-80°C operation helps limit thermal exposure of sensitive formulations. | Dual-mode flexibility High-temperature operation up to 280°C expands the range of compatible materials. |
| Moisture removal system Integrated condensation, humidity monitoring and automatic dehumidification stabilize drying conditions. | Stainless-steel construction 304 stainless-steel body, jacketed heating design and removable drying components simplify cleaning. |
Working Principle
- The system conditions the drying air to reduce its moisture load. The feed is atomized into fine droplets, which contact the controlled drying air for rapid moisture removal at a lower process temperature.
- Operating concept: Automatic humidity sensing and dehumidification help maintain drying conditions. The integrated condenser recovers moisture, while the removable drying chamber and cyclone simplify cleaning.
