BrandANVORE
The AVPWG-3000D low temperature spray dryer provides higher throughput for laboratory scale-up and small pilot trials. Its dehumidification system reduces the moisture load of the drying air, supporting powder formation at lower process temperatures while helping retain the original characteristics of temperature-sensitive materials.

| More capacity for heat-sensitive formulation development Up to 3,000 mL/h Two-fluid nozzle Low-temperature mode to 80°C High-temperature mode to 280°C Automatic humidity control and dehumidification |
Key Advantages
| Up to 3 L/h capacity A practical step up from bench-top testing for formulation screening and process optimization. | Low-temperature mode Dry heat-sensitive feeds from ambient temperature to 80°C under atmospheric pressure. |
|---|---|
| High-temperature option Use the same system for conventional spray drying up to 280°C when the formulation allows. | Two-fluid spray nozzle Interchangeable 316 stainless-steel nozzle sizes support atomization trials. |
| Controlled drying air Adjustable airflow, automatic humidity sensing, condensation and active dehumidification. | Repeatable operation Touch-screen control, digital feed and pressure settings, temperature recording and safety protection. |
Working Principle
- The system conditions the drying air to reduce its moisture load. The feed is atomized into fine droplets, which contact the controlled drying air for rapid moisture removal at a lower process temperature.
- Operating concept: Automatic humidity sensing and dehumidification help maintain drying conditions. The integrated condenser recovers moisture, while the removable drying chamber and cyclone simplify cleaning.
