The AVPWG-1500D laboratory low temperature spray dryer is designed for heat-sensitive liquid materials that require gentle drying. It combines low-temperature dehumidification with a conventional high-temperature mode, allowing laboratories to develop powders from biological, food, plant-extract and specialty chemical formulations on one compact platform.

Lab Low Temperature Spray Dryer
Laboratory Low Temperature Spray Dryer Low-temperature powder development for small laboratory batches Up to 1,500 mL/h Two-fluid nozzle Low-temperature mode to 80°C High-temperature mode to 280°C Automatic humidity control and dehumidification

Key Advantages

Gentle low-temperature drying Operate in low-temperature mode from ambient temperature to 80°C for heat-sensitive samples. Dual operating modes Switch between low-temperature drying and high-temperature spray drying up to 280°C.
Laboratory throughput Process development capacity up to 1,500 mL/h, subject to material properties. Two-fluid atomization 316 stainless-steel nozzles in multiple sizes support different feed properties.
Humidity management Automatic humidity detection, moisture condensation and dehumidification support stable drying. Simple control 7-inch touch screen, digital feed and pressure adjustment, temperature trend memory and RS232.

Working Principle

  • The system conditions the drying air to reduce its moisture load. The feed is atomized into fine droplets, which contact the controlled drying air for rapid moisture removal at a lower process temperature.
  • Operating concept: Automatic humidity sensing and dehumidification help maintain drying conditions. The integrated condenser recovers moisture, while the removable drying chamber and cyclone simplify cleaning.
