The AV-F60S is a fully automatic stainless steel molecular distillation apparatus. The evaporator body, feed vessel and receivers are all built from SS 304/316L, sealed with premium PTFE for high vacuum integrity and long service life.
Molecular distillation is the safest and most efficient separation method for thermally unstable molecules and low-volatility, high-boiling compounds. Under high vacuum (below 10 Pa), vapor molecules travel directly from the heated film to the internal condenser — separation is complete in seconds, at temperatures far below the boiling point.
With automatic feeding, automatic collection and plug-and-play design, the AV-F60S runs continuously and unattended — no interruption, no vacuum break. Multiple sizes are available for bench, pilot and production duty, with full customization and complete turn-key systems engineered to order.

Working Principle
Feed is metered automatically (0.1–0.2 L/h) from a 1 L SS vessel onto the heated wall of the Ø 60 mm SS evaporator. Rotating SS wipers spread it into a thin film; under vacuum below 10 Pa, light molecules fly directly onto the internal condenser (mean free path > evaporator–condenser gap) while heavy molecules flow to a separate receiver — both collected automatically, with no boiling and no thermal stress.
