The Anvore AVAUTOS automated water bath optical endpoint nitrogen blow down concentrator is a fully autonomous sample preparation instrument built for routine analytical laboratories. Different from dry bath auto quantification models, it adopts circulating water bath heating delivering superior temperature uniformity of ±0.5℃. Imported optical sensors monitor liquid level for every channel independently to realize unattended fixedvolume concentration. built in data logging, physical printout and RS232 remote computer control support full experimental traceability for food, environmental and pharmaceutical testing workflows.

Advantages
- Independent opticalsensor endpoint detection with water bath homogeneous heating: Each channel is fitted with dedicated optical sensor. Once sample reaches preset target volume (neardry,0.5 mL,1 mL,2 mL), nitrogen supply on that channel automatically cuts off with configurable audible alarm. Waterbath heating achieves excellent temperature consistency across all sample vessels, ideal for assays requiring strict temperature stability.
- Smart water bath management system: Equipped with auto water refill, lowwaterlevel alarm, overflow and drain outlet. No frequent manual water addition; anti dry burn & over temperature protection prevents bathsystem failure under long time continuousrun conditions.
- Highefficiency replaceable vortex style blow needles: Optimized spiral vortex blow needles accelerate solvent evaporation and reduce nitrogen consumption. Needles can be swapped out to match different vial formats for flexible lab project adaptation. Automatic pressure stabilizer maintains balanced gas pressure for all individual channels.
- Complete laboratory oriented dataoutput interfaces: Hardcopy print function archives experimental records. RS232 communication port enables remote PC operation and data export for easy integration with lab information management systems.
- Sealedchamber safety design for volatile solvent handling: Hydraulic dual sealed door window plus built in circulating exhaust fan fully contains harmful organic vapors, eliminates fume hood dependency. Dualsided illuminated viewing windows allow direct visual observation of sample liquid level changes.
- Two hardware variants: compact 4-position unit and high throughput 12-position unit to satisfy different batchsize requirements.
