The Anvore AVAUTO4S/12S automated optical endpoint dry bath nitrogen quantification evaporator is co developed with Zhejiang University of Technology for modern high precision analytical laboratories. Distinct from conventional manual nitrogen evaporators, this instrument adopts imported optical sensors for autonomous endpoint volume detection. Drybath heating eliminates water vapor induced sample contamination, enabling unattended batch concentration and accurate fixedvolume sample preparation. built in data logging, print output and RS232 remote computer control bring full traceability for lab analytical workflows.

Advantages

  • Independent opticalsensor auto endpoint quantification for each channel: Imported optical sensors monitor every sample vial separately. When sample reaches preset target volume (neardry,0.5 mL,1 mL,2 mL), corresponding nitrogen channel automatically stops blowing with optional audible alarm. No manual real time watching required, realizing true unattended operation.
  • Moisturefree dry bath heating for highsample integrity: Premium aviation grade aluminum heating block provides rapid and uniform heating. Drybath mode completely avoids water vapor intrusion into sample vessels, improving result accuracy for moisture susceptible analytes; heating modules are interchangeable for different container sizes.
  • Vortexstyle replaceable blow needles boost evaporation efficiency: Optimized spiral vortex blow needle design accelerates solvent evaporation and cuts nitrogen consumption. Blowneedles are replaceable for flexible adaptation to varied laboratory sample projects.
  • Complete lab oriented expandable interfaces: Equipped with physical print function for hard copy experimental records. RS232 communication port supports remote PC control and data export, convenient for laboratory information management system docking.
  • Fully enclosed vapor exhaust safety architecture: Hydraulic dual sealed door window plus internal circulating exhaust fan captures volatile solvent fumes inside the cabinet, preventing vapor leakage without occupying fume hood workspace. Dualsided illuminated viewing windows allow direct visual inspection of sample status.
  • Globaloriented power configuration: Standard 220V 50Hz power supply, input voltage customizable for world wide lab requirements (110240V,50/60Hz). Two hardware variants: 4-position compact unit and 12-position high throughput unit to match different lab workload.
