The AV-B200 pairs a 200 mm inner-diameter borosilicate-glass evaporation column with 0.35 m² of evaporation area and 0.55 m² of condensation area — a format purpose-built for pilot-to-production campaigns. The 240 W wiper drive (up to 450 rpm) spreads feed into a sub-0.5 mm film on the heated wall, while the internal condenser, cold well, external condenser and cooling unit capture volatile fractions with high efficiency. Deep-vacuum operation (standard <10 Pa; ~0.1 Pa with optional molecular or diffusion pump) keeps distillation temperatures far below normal boiling points, protecting heat-sensitive and easily oxidized products. With a 5 L feed vessel, 5 L light- and heavy-fraction receivers, and throughput up to 15 L/h, the AV-B200 bridges the gap between laboratory trials and full production for fine chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food, essential oils and petrochemical processing. CE- and ISO-certified; 220 V / 110 V compatible.

Working Principle
- Step 1. Feeding — the feed liquid enters the top of the vertical glass evaporation column (optionally pre-heated in the feed tank).
- Step 2. Film formation — the rotating PTFE / SS316L wiper blades spread the liquid into a turbulent film thinner than 0.5 mm on the heated inner wall.
- Step 3. Evaporation — under deep vacuum, volatile components vaporize from the film surface at temperatures far below their atmospheric boiling points.
- Step 4. Condensation — vapor travels a short distance to the internal condenser (0.55 m²) and cold well, is chilled by the cooling unit, and collects as the light fraction.
- Step 5. Residue discharge — non-volatile material flows down the wall into the heavy-fraction receiver, or is pumped out by an optional gear pump.
- Step 6. Separation control — stage temperature, vacuum and feed rate are tuned to select the desired cut; multiple stages can separate two or more products.
