The Anvore AVDC16G fully enclosed dry block nitrogen blow down concentrator is co developed with Zhejiang University of Technology for modern analytical laboratories. Different from water bath nitrogen evaporators, it adopts dry block conductive heating to eliminate watervapor contamination risk for samples. Equipped with multi angle transparent viewing windows, high tightness sealing structure and onboard experimental data storage. It simplifies complicated batch solvent evaporation workflows and delivers flexible, reliable, efficient and safe sample pretreatment performance.

Dry Block Nitrogen Concentrator Advantages
- Dryblock heating eliminates watervapor contamination: Premium aviation grade aluminum heating block features fast temperature rise and outstanding temperature uniformity. No steam or water vapor enters sample vials, protecting sample integrity and improving analytical result accuracy, with low daily maintenance workload.
- Independent 16channel gas control: Each sample position has separate throttle solenoid valve control. Automatic pressure regulation guarantees stable gas pressure for every channel, saving nitrogen consumption for smallandmedium batch sample concentration.
- Dualmode electric blow needle lifting: Supports finetune lifting and fastrise/fall mode. Operators adjust needle height electrically without manual handling, which improves repeatability for batchsample processing.
- Foursided multi view visual cabin & drawer type sample tray: Foursided lighted transparent observation windows enable deadfree liquid level inspection. Drawerpullout sample platform makes tube loading and unloading convenient and safe.
- Fullyclosed solvent vapor exhaust design: Dualsealed door window protection plus built in circulating exhaust fan. Hazardous volatile organic fumes are fully captured inside cabinet, no fume hood occupation required during running.
